Episode # 107 Developing a Business Mindset
Being a business owner carries a powerhouse of fear. One of the most common things I hear is “I don’t know where to start.” That’s totally normal! This episode is meant for the therapist looking for advice and good, quality conversation on ways that a business mindset can change your practice. If you approach your practice like an employee, you will never achieve the practice that you want. You have to show up for yourself. You have to show up for your clients. You have to show up for your practice as a CEO. This means doing the deep work of uncovering how you spend time. Ask yourself what resources are truly valuable to you and your business in growing into the next quarter. Be specific when you answer the questions. Can you answer when you ask yourself who you are as a business owner and how you run your practice as a CEO? Don’t let yourself become overwhelmed. You are capable of doing the hard work to build your practice into a successful business. . . . Connect with us on Instagram @cameishabrewer and on Facebook @Cameisha Brewer Ed.S., LPC.
