Episode #131 The Business of Compassion in a Group Practice Model with Julia Nepini
Julia shares her journey on how she got to hiring and forming a group practice business based on the overall principle of compassion. How she personally and internally prepared to add another person to her practice, and how she remained true to her goal of only wanting to create a work environment she would want to be in and transform what was lacking in places she worked prior. She shared the mindset shifts necessary to make a profitable practice as a business owner and not just a clinician.
Juliaā€™s Bio: Julia is a clinical and forensic social worker who owns a group counseling practice, Compassionate Counseling Company, and a consulting business, Compassionate Consulting Company where she helps clinicians start, expand, and diversify their practices. She also hosts the Compassionate Climb podcast where she discussed the challenges of being successful in business while maintaining integrity.
